Official Spasmodic Certificate

This is to certify that I, the undersigned, am a member of SPASMODIC, and agree to abide by the rules of the society on pain of death.

I will watch every episode of Late Lunch, and the repeats if possible. If I have a video I will tape it. I watched 'Chef School' even though it was on Channel 5 and I could hardly see it, but it was worth it because Sue spoke for at least 10 seconds out of the half hour.
